Back on Track Sunday Dinner

Some weekends are so relaxing- you watch too many movies, read a bit, sunbathe, run a few errands, etc.

Some, not so much.

For those weekends where you drank one too many beers, ate one too many slices of pizza, and stayed up a few too many hours each night, sometimes a nice family style Sunday dinner is just what you need.

On the menu:

Mango Avocado Salsa with Cilantro
Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Fresh Mozzarella, Maple Candied Walnuts, and Poppyseed Dressing.Grilled Halibut and Tilapia with Mango Chutney
Grilled Steak…of sorts…

Kiwi and Peaches… (peaches are out of control delicious right now!)
Garlic Bread with Homemade Garlic Butter
Cinnamon Sesame Yams (in the pan in the center there)
Such a light, summery meal. Delicious.

After a few hours of playing the celebrity game (SUCH a fun game!- I will have to post the rules soon for those of you who don’t know what it is…), we were off to bed, ready to start another week- all vowing to eat less junk and kick up the workouts this week! So far…so good 🙂 Happy hump day!
