And it is sooooo good. Talk about something that makes you excited to wake up in the morning, this is it…
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 big spoonfuls pumpkin puree
- pinch of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg
- honey, banana, crushed walnuts
Method: Combine oatbran, oatmeal, and almond milk in sauce pan. Bring to boil then down to a simmer until thick. Add your oatmeal when it thickens up, along with the spices. Pour into a bowl, drizzle with honey, slice bananas and crush walnuts on top.
Dessert for breakfast? I’ll take it!
