Roasted and Spiced Chickpeas

Here’s a recipe for a quick, easy, and healthy snack. The type of snack that will fill you up, and you don’t have to feel so guilty about eating so many.

Unless you eat an entire can of chickpeas in one sitting. That’s a different story. I wasn’t proud of that.

Cumin Spiced Chickpeas

Ingredients:

-1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

-Olive oil spray

-Cumin

Directions: Preheat oven to 400. Dry off the chickpeas as much as you can. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Lay chickpeas on baking dish in a single layer. Spray peas with olive oil. Sprinkle with cumin. Bake for about 25 minutes until crispy. Let cool a bit, and enjoy.
