I’m having one of those hangovers that hit you late in the day…
I used to eat junk food to try to cure this. However, one time I tried drinking and eating vitamins and really healthy food. And no surprise, it works much better than packaged, empty calories.
So, I made another blog inspired creation… Kale Chips
Kale? It tastes kinda like broccoli. But looks more like…spinach? I’d say it’s a combo.
I tore the leafy part off the stems. You don’t wanna eat the stems. No good.
Spray the pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake the “chips” at 350 for 13 minutes.
They will char a bit and get really crispy!
I also made a juice.
