Woke up bright and early to work at my new weekend job… at a breakfast restaurant! SO fun working behind the counter. I missed waitressing. Before I went I made a bowl of almond banana oats.
1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 banana, chia. Brought to a boil then simmer ’til creamy.
I stirred in a little bit of vanilla, almond butter, and Kashi crunch cereal after it was all bowled up.
The best part of work is that we get to order whatever we want off the menu when the shift is over. I ordered an omelet with spinach, feta, and sun-dried tomato. And tons of melon on the side. Mmm breakfast food will always be my favorite (kinda like Ron Swanson, Parks and Rec).
Annddd I’m so excited to announce that I HAVE MY COMPUTER BACK FINALLY! I’m telling you, those people at the Apple store truly are geniuses. They were able to take my coffee spilled on, destroyed computer and transfer all of the files, music, pics, bookmarks, saved passwords, etc. onto this new one. Wow. I missed this thing 🙂
Anndd as I write I eat the above. Apple, walnuts, cinnamon over plain TJ’s greek yogurt.
